Can stomach ulcers heal on their own? - my stomach hurts do i have a ulcers
I think I have a stomach ulcer. By constantly taking Tylenol, or others like him for back pain. My stomach hurts a little, and it seems that acts of consumption, the pain, I eat more, but decline. When I stop it with Tylenol, the sore will disappear by itself, or should a doctor about it?
