Pikachu can be caught early in his adventure in the Kanto region.

I always take my Pokemon Pikachu as 2nd in the Viridian Forest 2 or 3 and simply raise the same level as my head is, but in the woods before being found Viridian City Tin
ReplyDeleteWell, you can take in Viridian Forest on the way to Pewter City. Also, shortly after leaving Viridian Forest is an area of grass next to Highway 2, where wild Pikachu will appear.
